About Barbara Bruni

Barbara will work with you on developing and achieving your goals. Your appointment can be a full Pilates or Gyrotonic exercise session or bodywork. If you are in need of pain relief it may be a combination of bodywork and therapeutic exercises. Your posture, gait and alignment will be assessed and a combination of movement and manual techniques may be used to help a person become pain free, look and feel better as well as gain strength and flexibility to move with more ease and freedom.
